Referring to enclosed copy of my letter address red to you dated November 12th. I must ask you to be kind enough to let my request have your earliest attention as I represent large American interests in Hongkong, between others, The Texas Company, who have addressed you some time ago in regard to lessrs. Reuter, Brockelmand & Co., Hongkong, who are holding their Agency

and which will be transferred to me.

I furthermore represent large American

interests such as Messrs. John W. Lyon & Co., 115, Commerce St.,

Baltimore, K. Messrs. John Duncans Sone, 241, Washington St., New

York City. Messrs. Butler Bros., 495 Broadway, New York City.

If you think, before you act, to get into

communication with the Texas Company in regard to myself, do so at once, as there are about seventy-five thousand cases of oil to be

taken care of by me and which await your acting in the matter, as

well as ten thousand rolls of Matting for account of Messrs. John

W. Lyon & Company, Baltimore, and other merchandise.
